KIMI PECK - The Kimi Peck Story
KIMI PECK • THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS • THIS IS NOT A KENNEL OR A RESCUE SHELTER
October 2009 • Kern County threatsKimi Peck supporters
Kern County
With no new hearing • no court ruling • no fair and impartial due process • Kern County authorities based on their own non judicial "opinion" and their own non judicial "clarification of provisions of the code" may soon decide to round up some little puppies and Kimi Peck's healthy, happy, well cared for rescue dogs, take them away -- and kill them all.

The Constitution of The United States of America

establishes three (3) branches of government
1. Executive
2. Legislature
3. Judicial
Thus, if there is a dispute about the law,
the Judicial Branch / the Court settles the dispute.
Disputes of law are not settled by the Executive Branch.
Disputes of law are not settle by the Kern County Board of Supervisors
Disputes of law are not settled by
TED JAMES
Director of Kern County Planning Director • 661 862-8600 • Executive Branch
or by Kern County officials CHUCK LACKEY or AL ROJAS

Disputes of the law are settled by due process in a Court.

The State of California Constitution provides for pretty much the same thing.

TED JAMES • CHUCK LACKEY • AL ROJAS
Are attempting to pull off something that violates due process of law.

The facts and the law (dogs barked) with respect to the prior Water Canyon property
do not apply to the Bear Valley property

Bear Valley Property
After owning a flat agricultural property for 20 years
a neighbor has decided to install a mobile home right next to Kimi Peck's property
-- thus, he will have standing to complain to Kern County about dogs barking.

The neighbor may have been paid off to write up complaints - we'll see!
